One of my favorite legal highs by far that you can get in all 50 states. Took 3 before to try them out and man I was rolling on the Kanna gummies. Took 2 today because I didn’t want to go overboard and all, dosage was similar to a microdose of my mushrooms. However, I say the mushrooms are far more powerful than this. However, this is a great option for those wanting to have a fun night out safely and to avoid drinking. If a local rave has an event going on I’ll definitely take 4 of them. They taste so good too……mango is definitely my favorite flavor.

I love Kanna, it's an amazing plant medicine that is relatively unknown in the mainstream
It definitely can be similar to a light mushroom or mdma experience, I also get clarity and some cognitive enhancement amongst a bunch of other benefits
I really enjoy the raw plant material itself and the standardized extracts such as %5 which is most common but I have %1.5, %2.5 all the way up to %5. Zembrin was the first ever standardized extract that was approved in South Africa as an all natural method for depression

Thank you sharing this interesting fact with me! I’m feeling good and less overwhelmed for sure! It definitely is a great tool for depression. Usually I would be burned out but today I’m not. Motivated to clean and do things I need to do. I’m definitely going to reorder this for sure and have it when needed in the event I can’t take my mushrooms with me. Maybe on my trip to Hawaii so I can train with one of my coaches for a week in jiu jitsu!

It definitely keeps me going too. The original tribe who has used Kanna for centuries would primarily use it to walk very long distances and to be okay with the hunger pains and thirst that accompanied them on the journey
So it's very good for working and being productive which I very much admire in this plant. It's also a PDE4 inhibitor. It has slight MAOI releasing action too.

Wow! Very informative and well put. Definitely going to be studying this one more. Next opportunity I get I’ll take 4 of those at an event and have a fun time. I’ll definitely listen on YouTube. Love learning new stuff!

Hi @chernobylmyco , nice to see that you are here.
I take the hybrid or saliva Froot gummies. I take them when I go to the gym, do 5 mile walks, go dancing, clean and organize my house, etc
Are these kanna gummies similar to hybrid gummies- where you are chatty, touchy feely, creative, and wanting to socialize and move around?
What is the difference in feeling.
Because I take 1 Froot gummy and I'm good for about 4 hours

So this is actually a succulent named "Kanna" the scientific name being Sceletium Tortuosum. The SoHi gummies contain no THC, but a certain dose of the Kanna extract.
Kanna has been compared to Nature's antidepressant or Nature's MDMA. It is an empathogen so thats why people compare it to MDMA. Also, the euphoria that comes along with it when using a potent extract or potent dried or fermented plant material can resemble light effects of MDMA. But don't expect a full blown experience, its a great plant medicine in its own right that offers it's own unique experience

Everything you described is exactly what it does. For some it’s like rolling on MDMA, for others like myself I have found two gummies is similar to a light microdose of mushrooms. However doing 3 one time made me feel like I was on a standard microdose. 4 I would say is comparable to a light dose in public. Whenever there is a night life event coming up I’ll define take 4 of these instead of drinking.
